Once our applications are implemented, we don’t just leave you in the middle of nowhere. We’re in it for the long term and will support and maintain your system throughout its lifecycle.
At WeboGraphy Solution, we take Software support very seriously. Our support agreements are integrated with the software we provide, so you can be assured that you’re supported following go-live of your new system. We work to clear Service Level Agreement terms, committing us to responding to your needs quickly through our in-house front line support team, our developers and our online Helpdesk system.
All support requests are logged in our helpdesk system and tracked by our dedicated helpdesk support staff. If our support team cannot solve the problem or question, they will escalate the issue to a member of the development or QA team until the problem is resolved or question answered in the most efficient way possible.
